*The entities listed below are either authorized to occupy space in certain buildings at Fort Hancock or have other partnership agreements with the National Park Service (NPS). Entities occupying NPS property are not lessees, but are authorized to occupy space under another instrument.

In addition, the United States Coast Guard (USCG) operates an area at the northern tip of Sandy Hook. Land access to this area requires driving through NPS property. The area itself is not a part of the national park and is under the authority of USCG.
